Return & Refund Policy

At Pawafied, we are dedicated to ensuring you and your furry friends are completely satisfied. We stand behind the quality of our products, but if you aren’t entirely happy, we are here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange most items. To qualify:

Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original, unopened packaging.

Labels: All original tags and labels must be attached.

Proof of Purchase: You must provide your order number or receipt.
❌ Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following are not eligible for return:

Opened items (including food, treats, or supplements).

Used or worn apparel, collars, harnesses, or leashes.

Chewed or used toys.
-
Customized or personalized items.

Clearance items marked as “Final Sale.”
2. How to Start a Return
Follow these three simple steps to process your request:

Contact Us: Email returns@pawafied.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Get Your RMA: We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping address.

Ship the Item: Package the item securely. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
3. Refunds & Credits
Once your return is received and inspected:

Approval: We will notify you via email if your refund is approved.

Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Payment Method: Credits are applied to your original payment method (note: your bank may require additional time to post the credit).

Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For standard returns (not due to our error), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for different sizes or colors, subject to availability.

Price Differences: We will charge the difference or issue a partial refund as needed.

Pro-Tip: To get your new item faster, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order simultaneously.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If we made a mistake or an item arrived damaged:

Notify us within 7 days of delivery at help@pawafied.com.

Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging.

Our Coverage: We will provide a prepaid return label and cover the shipping costs for your replacement item.
6. Warranty Claims
Some products include a manufacturer’s warranty. Please check your product documentation for specific terms. Pawafied will assist you in facilitating these claims with the manufacturer whenever possible.
